The Centre for Oncology and Immunology is a leading research centre dedicated to developing innovative therapies to combat hard-to-treat malignancies.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing public relations and marketing strategies to raise the profile and enhance the reputation of the Centre;
  • Managing social media channels and coordinating digital marketing campaigns;
  • Planning and executing company events, including symposiums, seminars, and external guest visits;
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to senior management, including coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining calendars;
  • Collaborating with research teams to develop engaging content related to scientific activities;
  • Consolidating reports based on PR activities of the year.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, English studies, or a related field;
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience in a university/research centre setting with secretarial, content development, and event management exposure;
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and strong communication skills;
  • A team player, self-motivated, organized, detail-minded, hardworking, willing to learn new techniques, and able to work well in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Prior experience in international communication across different cultures will be a merit.
