  • Job-Hunter is an international trading and distribution company engaged in the worldwide market.

Job Requirements:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating shipments with overseas clients and vendors, handling full sets of import/export documents, and liaising with 3PL forwarders to negotiate costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments with overseas clients and vendors
  • Handle full sets of import/export documents including L/C checking and C/O application
  • Liaise with 3PL forwarders on shipment coordination and cost negotiation
  • Prepare shipment schedules & monthly reports and maintain SAP system
  • Responsible for tracking the shipment status to ensure timely delivery

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree / Associate Degree holder
  • 4-5 years shipping experience and full set of I/E documents
  • Solid experience in sea freight arrangement and L/C processing
  • Experience in multinational trading or manufacturing company
  • Well-organized, cheerful, self-initiative and sense of responsibilities
  • Good communication in English and conversational Putonghua
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Immediate availability is a definite advantage
