Programme Management Office Lead

Job Description
The Programme Management Office Lead will be responsible for managing the delivery of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution throughout the project cycle. This includes managing the development, sourcing, budgeting, scheduling, implementation, and roll-out of the ERP solution.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing cost control and analytical services for the Programme and managing detailed project estimates, budgets, and resource plans
- Recommending enhancements to current work processes by leveraging the latest technology and market best practices
- Supporting change management activities for stakeholder engagement and communication
- Maintaining project status updates and reporting to stakeholders clearly and consistently
- Closely monitoring and evaluating the performance of the prime system integrator
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in IT or Finance related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience, with at least 2 years at senior supervisory level
- Prior experience in delivering large scale ERP system and business transformation projects
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
- Solid in-house functional experience in Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain, and Inventory Management
- Possession of a recognized professional qualification in IT or Project Management is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with good command in English and Cantonese
