Job Description

The Programme Management Office Lead will be responsible for managing the delivery of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution throughout the project cycle. This includes managing the development, sourcing, budgeting, scheduling, implementation, and roll-out of the ERP solution.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Providing cost control and analytical services for the Programme and managing detailed project estimates, budgets, and resource plans
  2. Recommending enhancements to current work processes by leveraging the latest technology and market best practices
  3. Supporting change management activities for stakeholder engagement and communication
  4. Maintaining project status updates and reporting to stakeholders clearly and consistently
  5. Closely monitoring and evaluating the performance of the prime system integrator

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT or Finance related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience, with at least 2 years at senior supervisory level
  • Prior experience in delivering large scale ERP system and business transformation projects
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid in-house functional experience in Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain, and Inventory Management
  • Possession of a recognized professional qualification in IT or Project Management is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with good command in English and Cantonese
