About the Role

This role involves preparing announcements, circulars, annual reports, interim reports, and other essential corporate documents. You will also take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns as part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to corporate governance.

Requirements
  • A relevant degree AND/OR HKCGI qualification holder with a strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices.
  • No less than 7 years of experience as a Company Secretary or Legal Executive roles in listed MNCs.
  • A proven track record of working in Retail / FMCG / F&B or related businesses operating globally, with expertise in driving corporate governance initiatives.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal skills and confidence in working with Senior Management.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
