Key Responsibilities:- Purchasing Support: Assist the Procurement Section in purchasing-related matters, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Tender Review: Collaborate with internal buyers in reviewing tender documents, including specifications and bidder lists.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor procurement activities for adherence to guidelines and procedures, providing guidance to internal users as needed.
- Approved Supplier List Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the Approved Supplier List, ensuring it remains up-to-date and accurate.
- Tender Board Meeting Facilitation: Liaise and facilitate Tender Board Meetings, preparing necessary documents such as price analysis and summary reports.
- Contract Review: Review contracts/agreements for awarded tenders, ensuring terms and conditions are satisfactory.
- Training and Analysis: Prepare procurement training materials, analysis, and reports for management review.
- Websites Management: Maintain the Procurement Webpage, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Perform other assigned projects as required.
- Education: Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years' relevant experience in sizable organizations; NGO/public sector experience an advantage.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
