Celestica is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Expert to drive strategic sourcing, supplier selection and development, commodity engineering, component engineering, and materials cost-reduction initiatives in support of our Connectivity and Cloud Solutions (CCS) segment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in customer management and design for supply chain initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain responsibility for a set of projects developed by Celestica's Global Design Services organization.
  • Provide direction for source selection and ensure proper process implementation.
  • Collaborate with Commodity Management function to ensure negotiations meet business requirements and growth plans.
  • Lead the supply chain management process for customers from materials pricing and BOM analysis to delivery execution and flexibility performance.
  • Provide leadership in the analysis of costed customer bids or quarterly BOM Costing exercises for global customers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem resolution skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience with 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of electronic manufacturing environment, materials, and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain management and inventory management.
  • Able to understand the complete supply chain and resolve issues.
