About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Business Development Specialist to join our team at Triumph International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through data analysis, marketing strategies, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Extract meaningful insights from large datasets to inform business decisions
    • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
    • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and forecast future outcomes
  • Marketing and Omnichannel Strategies
    • Develop and implement a cohesive omnichannel marketing strategy to engage with customers and drive business growth
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions
    • Maximize customer lifetime value through personalized marketing campaigns and loyalty programs
  • Customer Engagement and Retention
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and cross-selling
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business development and growth
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in membership or CRM-related roles
  • Broad experience across multiple distribution channels
  • Strong operational and commercial acumen
  • International working experience is beneficial
  • High drive and result-oriented
  • Experience in the female/beauty/apparel business is a bonus
  • Ability to inspire through strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
