The ESG and sustainability market is evolving rapidly, driven by global demand for increased transparency, sustainability reporting, and improved ESG governance. As a member of our international business development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our ESG software platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business development activities focused on sales execution and marketing support.
  2. Build and maintain key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
  3. Manage pre-sales activities including product demonstrations, proposal preparation, and support pricing strategies to meet business objectives.
  4. Provide initial onboarding support for clients onto Natixar's ESG reporting and supply chain traceability platform.
  5. Work closely with Natixar's ESG experts and sales team to effectively support client interactions.

Key Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated experience of 5-10 years in business development, sales, or related fields.
  2. Strong local business network with the ability to effectively leverage existing relationships.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to quickly understand ESG and traceability concepts to facilitate client conversations.
  5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, management, or related fields.
  6. Flexibility for occasional travel to meet clients and stakeholders.
