Our Team

The APAC Digital Product Management team plays a vital role in delivering a unique and elevated online guest experience for APAC Marketing and CRM channels. We work closely with partners in Technology, UX, and Operations to drive business priorities and deliver strategic objectives.

A Day in the Life

  • We coordinate with central product teams to ensure business priorities are met according to the needs of the APAC region.
  • We communicate Martech and CRM program and feature planning and delivery in APAC.
  • We identify and estimate impact for strategically aligned opportunities, driving prioritization and roadmap planning where appropriate.
  • We lead workshops and intake sessions for Marketing and CRM teams in APAC.

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree from a four-year accredited university.
  • Experience with digital technologies and e-commerce, data management systems especially CRM and Martech.
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations.
  • Ability to drive results independently but thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback.
  • Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment.
  • Experience leading teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations through in-direct reporting relationships.
