We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and reviewing business process strategies to improve productivity, operation efficiency, and customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, develop, and review business process strategies to improve overall productivity, operation efficiency, and customer journey.
  • Work with different functional teams and internal parties to design and implement process flows and systems that meet technical, market, and other related requirements.
  • Manage and monitor the execution progress of project plans, and coordinate with internal and external parties to provide support during implementation.
  • Provide qualitative and/or quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of initiatives, and consolidate and prepare management reports with recommendations for management review and decision-making.
  • Lead and manage a team with proper leadership and coaching skills to drive team effectiveness and higher staff capabilities.

**Requirements**

  • University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Operation Management, or other related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry with IT knowledge and background, of which at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Solid experience in project management and procedures control would be an advantage.
  • Customer and result-oriented, energetic, and well-organized person with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance priorities with good time management.
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua).
