Business Development Manager for High Net Worth Clients

The Job
- Support distribution channels to grow high net worth business across Brokerage and Bancassurance.
- Lead a sub-team of case managers to deliver HNW business case management services to respective business channels.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing support to distribution channels, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless processes for new business, policy servicing submission, and assignment documentation.
- Streamline internal workflows with departments regarding new business, policy servicing, premium, and policy financing matters.
- Negotiate with relevant parties (internal and external) to resolve problems.
- Maintain accurate records and generate status reports for management/team heads as needed.
- Support and backup respective channels (including brokers) as assigned by team head.
- Develop tasks/initiatives assigned by team heads from time to time.
The Person
- Degree holder in business or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in life insurance functions, preferably with HNW experience.
- High-level business acumen, risk awareness, sales quality, and compliance.
- Open-mindedness in managing multiple channels.
- Strong sense of responsibility and job ownership.
- Thorough knowledge of life insurance products and operational flows.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and team leadership/player capabilities.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and career development opportunities.
