Job Description

China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals, providing them with exceptional financial services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to attract and retain high net worth clients, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and expand the bank's customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing personalized advice and solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and products, including wealth management, investment banking, and private banking.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions, applying that knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of success in business development and relationship management.
  • Degree holder or equivalent, with relevant qualifications under SFC for marketing investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Familiarity with wealth management products and services, as well as insurance and consumer lending products.
  • Good knowledge of risk assessment and credit analysis, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
