Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team at Metair Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B sales strategies, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector, leveraging our unique antimicrobial and antiviral air purifying coatings technology.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage sales agreements to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in the building materials sector, with a focus on antimicrobial and antiviral air purifying coatings preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and relevant regulations.
  • Exposure to property management, marketing agencies, premium gifts, or event management is a plus.
  • Proficient in interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Possess a strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, result-driven approach.
