The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Distribution Compliance team. As the Head of Distribution Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that our distribution channels operate in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in identifying and mitigating regulatory risks associated with distribution operations
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to distribution staff on regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and MPF regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
