About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Distribution Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compliance strategies and programs to ensure that our distribution operations are in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in identifying and mitigating compliance risks associated with distribution operations.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business units and distribution partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular compliance monitoring and reviews to ensure that distribution operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide compliance advice and support to business units and distribution partners as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs, with a focus on distribution operations.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and MPF regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
