Job Overview

Third Bridge is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead qualification, and building relationships with prospective clients to deliver on the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prospect potential clients who fit onboarding criteria, develop relationships to better understand their broader research needs, and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Successfully transition new accounts to the account management team, including onboarding handoff, introduction to key client stakeholders, etc.
  • Assist the Regional Head of Sales with user acquisition and prospecting strategies.

Requirements:

  • Some experience or knowledge in selling directly or indirectly in a B2B company.
  • Experience with selling to investment firms across private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and family offices is preferred.
  • Customer-centric attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships quickly over the phone.
  • Demonstrable ability to create leads effectively with excellent networking skills.
  • A self-starter, who can establish and organize daily sales activities with minimal supervision.
  • Being a team player is important as you will be working with the broader teams at Third Bridge to manage trials successfully and also ramp up new onboarded clients in the first year.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Cold calling skills and the ability to prospect is necessary.
  • 1-2 years proven new business sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills with strong communication.
  • Aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers using a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated to reach sales goals.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
