Position Overview

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth in our ASEAN region. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be part of our APAC Business Development organisation at Autodesk, a leading innovator in software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support accounts in our construction segment in Hong Kong and Taiwan, working closely with our Business Development Manager, APAC.
  • Collaborate with top sales account executives to learn from their expertise and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and engage with companies eager to improve their efficiency and sustainability, showcasing Autodesk's Construction Solutions.
  • Master the art of prospecting to uncover new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint in the region.
  • Maximise opportunities within accounts to help clients achieve high impact in their business.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience or construction experience.
  • Excellent English, Cantonese, Chinese skills (written and oral).
  • Empathy with clients and confidence to inspire trust.
  • Strong organisation and management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Eagerness to prospect and cold call new logos and existing strategic clients.
  • Confidence in managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Passion for pursuing a career in sales, with a specific interest in SaaS and technology.
  • Customer-oriented approach, with a genuine curiosity around construction workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Ability to quickly adopt sales automation tools, such as Outreach, Orum, and others.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid role.
