  • This is a leadership role that requires a strong financial background with experience in BOM, financial forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost of goods assessment.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accountancy or business studies from a reputable university, preferably in Canada or the USA.
  • The successful individual will possess sound business acumen, be fluent in English and/or Chinese, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities include leading new product development initiatives, exploring potential clients in the North American market, closely monitoring sales and costing budgets, and collaborating with sales, engineering, and production departments to identify market opportunities.
  • The position also involves supervising and monitoring sales and purchase managers, developing consumer and light industrial products for the North American market, and frequent travelling to overseas locations.
  • In return, the company offers a competitive base salary, annual discrete bonus, and good career growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Degree holder or above, Bachelor's degree in accountancy or business studies from a reputable university, preferably in Canada or the USA.
  • At least 2 years' experience in accounting and financial analysis gained in the North American Region, with some exposure in International Trade and Managerial roles.
  • Good level of computer literacy, experience with Microsoft Office, and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in both spoken and written English or Chinese.
