As a Senior Account Manager at Trinity Asia, you will play a critical role in shaping client strategies and helping them achieve their business objectives.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • \
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication regarding project progress, goals, and expectations.\
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute tailored digital and social media strategies that align with their business objectives.\
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.\
  • Monitor client data performance and provide detailed analysis and recommendations for optimization.\
  • Present campaign performance reports to clients, including weekly/monthly reports, campaign reports, and monitoring reports.\
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives and other supporting roles to ensure projects are executed smoothly and client needs are addressed promptly.\
  • Adjust strategies and recommendations based on client feedback, market changes, and business needs.\
  • Collect and act upon client feedback to ensure that their expectations are met and exceeded.\\/ul>\

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • \
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.\
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or account management within the fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail sectors.\
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.\
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.\
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, offering strategic insights based on performance metrics and client objectives.\
  • Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering timely, high-quality results.\
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with social media management tools and analytics platforms.\
  • A deep understanding of the fashion and premium lifestyle industry, with the ability to stay up to date on trends and best practices.\\/ul>
