Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Partner & Field Marketing Manager to join our innovation Technology Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Integrated & B2B marketing strategies for SAAS products in the Greater China Region, aimed at growing business accounts and acquiring a robust business customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Strategies:
Create comprehensive partner marketing strategies tailored to customers and field sales initiatives, specifically for the B2B landscape of SAAS Products. This includes planning, execution, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns focused on promoting SAAS Products as a business solution.

Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with sales, product, and partner teams to align marketing efforts and maximize impact. Foster strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and drive success.

Analyze Market Trends:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing tactics within the Greater China Region. Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Manage Campaigns:
Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance analysis. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and meet key performance indicators.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing and event campaigns for a Big Technology Companies key SAAS Products
  • Proven track record of managing Partnership and Integrated Marketed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
