Job Title: Senior Manager, B2B Marketing

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, B2B Marketing to lead our global digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives lead generation and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a paid media strategy across multiple markets and business lines
  • Analyze campaign performance data and implement strategies to optimize ROI
  • Derive insights and key learnings for creative assets based on performance results
  • Improve existing tracking solutions to enable better performance and efficiency on paid marketing initiatives
  • Manage the digital marketing/paid ads budget
  • Work closely with our agency to monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives and adjust strategies to optimize marketing spend
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on demand generation activities
  • Communicate key insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an equivalent senior B2B marketing role in an international work environment
  • Minimum of 10 years of digital marketing/demand generation experience with proven track record of driving business results with paid media and email marketing, including increased qualified lead, and sales pipeline growth
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media marketing with a focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strategic and data-driven skillset to analyze, optimize, and drive efficiency of our digital campaigns, evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor data
  • ABM/ABX experience is beneficial
  • Adaptable and can work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience of working within EOR or business services is highly advantageous
