Job Title: Network Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Research and Strategy Planning: Conduct in-depth research and develop strategic plans for network evolution and implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as IPv6, SRv6, VxLAN, SDN/NFV, to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Network Architecture and Optimization: Design, implement, monitor, and manage local and wide area networks for business support, ensuring network flexibility, scalability, security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Network Security and Monitoring: Manage network security and monitoring, adhering to industry standards for managing and monitoring devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, and load balancers, to strengthen network security measures and prevent potential threats.
  • Network Resource Management and Automation: Oversee network resource management and promote operational automation, utilizing advanced routing protocols to design, implement, monitor, and manage networks, and leveraging Python and Shell scripting languages to optimize operational workflows.
  • Industry Collaboration and Technical Support: Facilitate industry collaboration and technical support, participating in discussions and exchanges within the network industry chain, collaborating with equipment manufacturers, and formulating future-oriented network technology standards to enhance industry-wide support and user satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Networking, Software Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 6 years or more of work experience, with over 5 years of experience in network technology planning, design, and maintenance.
  • Technical Experience:
    • Network Equipment Management: At least 5 years of experience in managing various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs (e.g., Cisco, H3C), maximizing network performance and security through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident handling.
    • Large-Scale Network Design and Building: Experience in designing and building large-scale networks, holding certifications such as Huawei HCIE or Cisco CCIE or equivalent.
    • Network Monitoring Tools: Ability to use network monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Zabbix, and traffic tracing to develop and implement comprehensive network monitoring strategies.
    • IT Networks, Big Data, AI, and Intelligent Operation and Maintenance: Experience in IT networks, big data, AI, and intelligent operation and maintenance of communication networks preferred.
    • AWS Advanced Networking Specialty Certification: AWS Advanced Networking Specialty certification preferred.
