Sales Director Job Description for Learning Solutions

We are seeking a Sales Director for Learning Solutions to join our team at GDTalent Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in Asia-Pacific through developing existing accounts, seeking out new opportunities, and working alongside our other product and services Business Development colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background with a proven track record of individual success in dynamic sales environments. They will be highly driven, with an aptitude for innovation and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Excellent client-facing and communication skills are essential.

  • Developing existing accounts in APAC, seeking out new opportunities, and working alongside our other product and services Business Development colleagues.
  • Generating new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Executing specific sales campaigns by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Leveraging industry contacts to drive business development initiatives and enhance our presence in APAC.

Key Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in e-learning, classroom, and/or custom sales.
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
