**Job Summary**

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of technology risk across our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the IT Technology Risk team in ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements, including those related to information security and data protection.
  • Perform IT security risk assessments and provide risk reporting to senior management, ensuring that residual risks are effectively managed.
  • Coordinate information security responses across the organization for regulatory inspections, 2LOD risk reviews, and gap analysis against new or updated regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate IT security threats and provide risk advisories to key stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and aligned.
  • Facilitate the review and advise on regulatory requirements during IT projects, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with our risk management framework.
  • Evaluate IT systems, security policies, and regulatory requirements to establish an effective IT risk and security framework, managing identified risks and factors.
  • Provide training and awareness updates on technology risk to ensure that all employees are informed and equipped to manage risk effectively.
  • Conduct IT risk reviews of IT systems, assessing the effectiveness of IT security measures and identifying areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline.
  • Holder of CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent certifications.
  • At least 7 years of experience in technology risk, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology risk regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, Macau, and China.
  • Good understanding of IT systems, cloud technologies, and infrastructure, along with relevant security controls required to mitigate risk.
  • Relevant knowledge and proven experience in IT risk assessment, cybersecurity, access control principles, and operations, application security.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to various levels.
  • Ability to communicate and understand Chinese, as regulatory requirements are written in the local language.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving IT landscape and keep pace with new technologies.
