Job Description:

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company's management accounting functions, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the business direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Support the development of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in finance and management accounting. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial or management accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiar with Oracle Financial Accounting System.
  • Strong command of both spoken and written English, with proficiency in Putonghua and Cantonese desirable.
