About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our E-Banking team at the Bank of China. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing business and user requirement analysis, acting as the primary liaison between business and IT units, and managing IT project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business and user requirement analysis to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business and IT functions
  • Oversee IT project implementation to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
  • Manage and motivate a team of Business Technology members (senior manager only)
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Provide strong support to business users and contribute to the development of management reports
  • Manage project budget and procurement process to ensure effective resource allocation
  • Participate in risk analysis for new product launches to mitigate potential risks
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A degree in Business Studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, with senior managers having more experience considered
  • Experience in eBanking applications such as Online Banking and Mobile Banking is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Solid experience liaising with all relevant parties in IT or Business and working with business stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation and willingness to work in a challenging, team-oriented environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
  • Solid experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
