Job Title: Strategic IT Procurement Leader

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the IT procurement management process at Bank of China, covering a wide range of IT hardware, software, and services. As a Strategic IT Procurement Leader, you will play a key role in streamlining and enhancing procurement processes, policies, practices, and systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and protect the corporate's best interest.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the IT procurement management process, including evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize spend, improve quality, and reduce risk.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
* Perform due diligence on all IT purchases to ensure they comply with corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues as needed.
* Provide advice and guidance on procurement-related matters to internal users.

Requirements:
* A degree in Computer Science, IT, Global Sourcing, Supply Chain disciplines or a related field is preferred.
* A minimum of 3 years' solid experience in buying/merchandising/purchasing/procurement fields, with a strong background in procurement and relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPS) being an advantage.
* Experience with IT procurement, including sourcing technology solutions, hardware, software, and implementation services is highly desirable.
* Strong contract negotiation, supplier sourcing, and management skills are essential.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, with a good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary.

Compensation Package:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
