Requirements

  • High school qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or cargo operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good knowledge of cargo reservation and tracking systems, as well as overall cargo operations.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with good command of written and spoken language.
