Job Title: Procurement Centre of Excellence Manager

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Centre of Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for driving procurement excellence across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, contract management, supplier performance evaluation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with category teams and leadership to develop and update procurement policies and procedures.
  • Work with Compliance and Performance teams to identify process optimisations.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure category teams and suppliers' performance.
  • Provide training to procurement teammates and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in procurement transformation and process improvement.
  • Deep understanding of the S2C process and best practices.
  • Expertise in strategy formulation and implementation, process development, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with relevant documentations, technologies, and tools used in sourcing and contracting processes management.
  • Knowledge of ERP and Procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
