As a key member of the Cathay Pacific Airways Limited procurement team, the Procurement Centre of Excellence Manager will play a pivotal role in driving procurement excellence across the organization. This individual will be responsible for establishing and promoting best practices, driving standardization, and identifying areas of continuous improvement in the source-to-contract process.

Key Responsibilities

* Define, optimize, and drive the adoption of the end-to-end source-to-contract process through continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Oversee the source-to-contract process, including sourcing, contract management, supplier performance evaluation, and risk management.
* Facilitate alignment of the source-to-contract processes across headquarters and outports to strengthen compliance with global standards and regulations.
* Work with category teams and leadership to develop and regularly update procurement policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with Compliance and Performance, and Operations teams to continuously identify process optimizations.
* Drive the execution of strategic initiatives developed by the S2P governance committee.
* Establish performance metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), to measure category teams and suppliers' performance.
* Provide training to procurement teammates and related stakeholders.

Requirements

* Degree holder in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related discipline, with professional certifications advantageous.
* Proven experience in procurement transformation and process improvement related to end-to-end source-to-contract processes.
* Deep understanding of the overall source-to-contract process and best practices.
* Expert in strategy formulation and implementation, process development, and continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with relevant documentations, technologies, and tools used in sourcing and contracting processes management.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights and leverage them to drive decision-making.
* Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential.
