As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading the procurement process for IT Data Centre resources, including data centre equipment, hardware, software, data network, and implementation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Leadership: Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including market research, procurement planning, RFQ/RFP issuance, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Supplier Management: Monitor procurement progress, resolve issues, and drive maximum value from sourcing exercises.
  • Team Management: Manage procurement team members (for senior managers only).
  • Budget Management: Manage IT Data Centre budgets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain disciplines is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in buying/merchandising/purchasing/procurement fields for IT Procurement Manager, or minimum 10 years' experience in sourcing technology solutions for Senior IT Procurement Manager.
  • Skills: Strong contract negotiation, supplier sourcing, and management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Language: Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
