About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist As a key member of our tender management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the tender process within the team, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience in sales administration or a related field is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients on the tender process
  • Coordinate with clients for monthly reports
  • Coordinate the tender process within the team, set deadlines, and responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume tenders, quotations, correspondences, and tender maintenance with the Hospital Authority, HK Government, University, and Clients
  • Perform secretarial duties and administrative support to teammates and provide ad hoc duties as required
