Investments and Wealth Solutions - Capital Markets

Our Investments and Wealth Solutions team offers a comprehensive range of investment products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers. We distribute investment funds managed by top-tier fund managers, covering different types of funds, regions, and asset classes. Our product suite includes structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, and more. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit for customers seeking regular coupon payments. Additionally, we provide securities services covering exchange-traded equities in local and overseas markets through various trading channels. Our margin trading services cover FX and securities, and our investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power for sophisticated investors.

We are seeking a high-caliber individual to join our Capital Markets Team as a Senior Product Manager, Treasury Products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage our global markets products suite, including FX, Forwards, FX/Share Options, Accumulators, Decumulators, and other derivative products, for distribution to our Private Banking clients.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process for treasury products, including strategy development and due diligence review.
  • Perform ongoing product due diligence review and associated risk assessment for treasury products.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and ensure compliance with Group guidelines.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with derivatives products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
  • Provide product training to Private Banking Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and assess their impact on the product suite, making necessary adjustments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications, such as CFA or FRM, are preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry, specifically in treasury products.
  • Deep understanding of the global FX market and ability to drive product innovation and growth.
  • Knowledge of FX, Forwards, FX/Share Options, Accumulators, and Decumulators is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements in Global Markets products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
