Investments and Wealth Solutions - Capital Markets
Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a comprehensive range of investment products and services to our Wealth and Personal Banking customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels. We distribute investment funds managed by top-tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide variety of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also provide fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers seeking regular coupon payments. Additionally, we offer securities services covering exchange-traded equities in local and overseas markets through a wide range of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing services provide extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater to the investment needs of sophisticated investors.
We are seeking a high-calibre individual to join our Capital Markets Team as Senior Product Manager, Treasury Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop our global markets products suite, which includes FX, Forwards, FX/Share Options, Accumulators, Decumulators, and other derivative products, distributed to our Private Banking clients.
- Develop product strategy and lead the end-to-end product development process for treasury products offered to Private Banking clients.
- Perform new and ongoing product due diligence reviews, and associated risk assessments for treasury products.
- Oversee pricing strategies adopted and ensure that the overarching pricing policy complies with Group guidelines.
- Identify and manage risks associated with derivatives products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
- Provide product training to Private Banking Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and assess their impact on the product suite, making necessary adjustments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Advanced Degree or relevant certifications, e.g. CFA, FRM, are preferred.
- Around 8 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry, specifically in treasury products.
- Deep understanding of the global FX market and the ability to drive product innovation and growth.
- Preferably with knowledge of FX, Forwards, FX/Share Options, Accumulators, and Decumulators.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements in Global Markets products.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
