About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is part of our Treasury Services division, where you will play a critical role in supporting our business development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring daily processing, reviewing operational procedures, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of treasury products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury, you will have a proven track record of delivering results and making a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Team Lead in monitoring daily processing, including Deal Booking Control, Fund Settlement, Financial Booking, and Post-Deal Control;
- Review and enhance operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
- Support as a maker for daily operations when necessary;
- Collaborate with Global Markets Division for Asia, Marketing, Interbank counterparties, and other related parties in treasury market transactions; and
- Ensure compliance with local, Japanese, and foreign regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, DFA, and HKMA-RMS) and supervise subordinates to monitor routine operations in the treasury office.
- Secondary education or above;
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in treasury;
- Solid knowledge in areas of treasury products;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Computer literacy with good Excel skills; and
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
