Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in arranging sampling and testing for various materials such as starting materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
  • Develop and review Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documents, including material specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
  • Review and manage various Batch Production Records, record forms, and test reports.
  • Participate in validation activities, equipment calibration, and product stability studies.
  • Assist in environmental monitoring, compressed air, and purified water monitoring programs.
  • Contribute to Quality Management System Implementation, including Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigation, Risk Assessment, Deviation, and Incident Investigation Management, Product Quality Complaint, and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Chinese Medicines, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies, or related disciplines.
  • At least five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or any industry with laboratory experience.
  • Experience in chemical testing of food, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and pharmaceuticals.
  • Familiarity with PIC/s GMP is an advantage.
  • Proficient in both English and Cantonese.
