Key Responsibilities
- Attend all vessels, including international cruises, to ensure compliance with pre-arrival and departure formalities.
- Supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors, consignees/surveyors, or other parties related to vessel/cargo operations, bunkering, crew change, crew medical assistance, spare parts shipment/delivery Cash-To-Master.
- Compile and submit port disbursement accounts to Principals/Owners for reimbursement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Boarding Officer or 2+ year shore-based experience in shipping/operation fields.
- General knowledge of the Hong Kong Shipping Ordinance.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Customer service mindset and proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
