Key Responsibilities

As an Employee Benefits Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Account Managers on consultative services to clients.
  • Handling client enquiries and liaising with insurers and service providers.
  • Working closely with underwriters on policy matters.
  • Checking policy documents and preparing debit notes.
  • Providing support in data analytics and result interpretation.
  • Maintaining the quality and timeliness of client deliverables.
  • Processing post-renewal documents and following up.


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. You will also need to have a university graduate degree and 1-3 years of experience in Employee Benefits in a broker firm or insurance company. Knowledge of general insurance is preferred, but not required. We welcome applications from candidates with less experience, who will be considered for the position of Account Executive - Health Solutions.
