We are looking for a skilled POP Management Specialist to join our team at China Mobile International Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our POP sites.
As a POP Management Specialist, you will be required to:
- Maintain and improve the POP sites infrastructure and facility.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for data center services.
- Manage internal service requests, such as rack, power, and structured cabling preparation.
- Support daily operations and emergency response at POP sites.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handle invoices and payments from suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An Engineering Degree in Electrical, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or equivalent.
- PMP or CCNA/CCNP certification is an advantage.
- 2-4 years of experience in IDC Operation or Telecommunication industry.
- A good understanding of telecom equipment, data center hardware, and environment(IDC operation and management).
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Initiative, independence, and good interpersonal skills.
- A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
