Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team at JPC TEXSON LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
About the Role:
The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborating with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Liaising with sales teams to communicate product development and order information.
- Working closely with manufacturers and teammates to source products, manage quotations, and follow up on orders.
- Negotiating prices and resolving problems related to product quality and delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with product standards and quality requirements.
- Managing relationships with vendors and factories to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of merchandising experience in trims, packaging, or a related field.
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin languages.
- Solid experience in independently following up on development and orders.
- Possible travel to China or overseas manufacturing locations.
Benefits:
