The Customer Services Manager role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences in the life insurance industry. As a key member of the BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited team, this individual will be responsible for leading the hotline team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, and analyzing customer feedback to inform process improvements.

A successful candidate will possess a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in life insurance, with at least 6 years of experience and 3 years at a supervisory level. They should also demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Cantonese/Mandarin languages.
