About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Technical Account Manager to join our Client Service team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing content from various providers, ensuring its accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with content providers, understanding their technology, data goals, and challenges to offer exceptional service.
  • Work closely with a global team of account managers, technical specialists, relationship managers, and product managers to understand client data needs and market trends.
  • Optimize data ingestion workflows to maintain and improve data quality and optimize content dissemination.
  • Become a domain expert in Research content by leveraging business intelligence tools to spot trends, identify gaps, and opportunities for data acquisition or enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Korean and English.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple client queries and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle and support key accounts, helping them maintain and improve custom systems related to content dissemination.
  • Confidence to lead strategic technical and business relationships.
  • Drive and passion to develop your own ideas and strategies for your accounts.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a desire to work directly with customers.
  • A proactive demeanor with the confidence to challenge the status quo and a real desire to improve practices and processes.
  • Keen interest and understanding of financial markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for client service.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of RIXML and programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Experience using data analysis tools to find opportunities for product or content improvements.
  • Prior experience working as an Account Manager in a tech-focused organization.
  • Experience with building technology solutions for enterprise-wide workflow efficiency.
