About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Officer, Client Service Specialist - Onsite to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Client Services division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences through efficient and accurate banking transactions, managing cash supply, processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the application of our Attention and Operation Model in Branch
- Promote our products/services to clients and intensify use of self-service means
- Manage material resources and employees effectively
- Contribute to control and security functions with designated personnel
- Fulfill client needs while delivering exceptional client experiences, measured by specific metrics
- Assess risk when making business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions, including managing cash supply and processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service, sales, and/or referencing in branches
- Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Able to build connections between our digital platform and clients
- Remodel clients' banking behavior to embrace digitization
As a successful candidate, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience.
