Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Operations Expert to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our eCommerce operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our retail and eCommerce services.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting prompt analysis and technical resolution to any operations issues;
  • Becoming an expert in one of the best-in-class eCommerce technologies (SAP Hybris);
  • Gaining knowledge in eCommerce, mobile, multichannel, and digital application systems;
  • Understanding the commercial, marketing, and operations side of eCommerce operations from within an international retailer;
  • Solidifying eCommerce operations workflows to optimize working efficiency and productivity without sacrificing quality;
  • Preparing training documentation and coaching local market teams to use group technical solutions to run online businesses appropriately;
  • Providing non-office hour duty calls as needed;
  • Working closely with in-house stakeholders to achieve assigned key sales, margin, members acquisition, conversion, online traffic targets, and ensure local markets adopt Group Guidelines of eCommerce Operations and Retail Operations Standards.
Senior Digital Business Specialist – Delivery & Release

Candidates with less experience will be considered for this role, which involves delivering great customer experiences on our website and mobile app, managing eCommerce project testing and implementation, performing business analysis and user requirement studies, reviewing technical design, formulating test plans, guiding QA, and reporting delivery testing progress.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in e-Commerce, Information System, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline;
  • Good sound knowledge in e-Commerce/3rd party e-Marketplace, mobile, multichannel, and/or digital system integration;
  • Strong logical mind with data manipulation skills like Excel/SQL tools;
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skill, and patience with high attention to detail;
  • Organizational skills with a proven ability to meet critical deadlines, prioritize workload, flexible, adaptable, and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Passion for Digital or eCommerce trends;
  • Proactive team player, highly organized, efficient, and can-do attitude;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be a team player and independent contributor;
  • Possess knowledge and experience on eCommerce systems, ERP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), 3PL Logistics System (an advantage).
