Job Responsibilities
  • Provide daily updates, advice, and knowledge to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong media relations, particularly for financial and business outlets
  • Manage day-to-day activity on multiple accounts, building excellent client, media, and team relationships
  • Deliver high-quality work to deadlines, maintaining a close eye on quality and keeping clients informed
  • Monitor industry publications and trends, relating them to client situations and updating account progress
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans for clients' overall investor relations programs
  • Handle press releases, conference calls, client events, and webcasts under senior team supervision
  • Maintain accurate records of client meetings, events, and activities
  • Compile monthly reports of client activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Language and Communications, Journalism, Translation, or related disciplines; Finance and Accounting a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in journalism, PR agency, consulting, or financial institution
  • Good knowledge of financial markets and IPOs
  • Excellent written English and Chinese communication skills
  • Able to serve a versatile portfolio of clients
  • Proven presentation and strategic planning capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
