Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our marketing strategy, aligning with our business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the performance of our branding, marketing, e-commerce, and distribution channels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, legal, compliance, marketing communications, customer service, and sales channels, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure the success of our marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence to inform our marketing strategy and ensure we remain competitive.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and guidelines, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethics in our marketing practices.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, business development, and partnership, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial position, preferably in the Med Tech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in digital or e-commerce related business strategy, execution, and partnership, with a minimum of 3 years in an executive leadership role.
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare-related discipline.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team of marketing professionals.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in MS Office.
