We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our beauty marketing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure efficient execution of marketing plans
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and partners
- Ensure timely and accurate forecasting and availability of saleable and non-saleable stocks for promotional programs
- Develop and review CRM strategies and mailing calendars to increase customer retention and drive more visits to counters and FSS
- Visit stores regularly to check on the effectiveness of marketing programs and promotions
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in driving demand and presenting marketing plans at a senior level
- Creative and able to think big and outside the box to envision ideas that meet business objectives
- Strong communicator and presenter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
