We're seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Pirata, a renowned Italian rooftop restaurant in Hong Kong.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are consistently met. You will be responsible for leading a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Manage guest needs and expectations, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure all company standards are met during service, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during service, ensuring minimal disruption to our guests.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server or in a similar role.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude with a strong teamwork mindset.
  • Responsibility: Sense of responsibility within your role, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English is a must, with other languages advantageous.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in hospitality is beneficial.

  • Salary: HKD18,000 – $19,000 per month.
