About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Honjo, a contemporary Japanese dining establishment in Sheung Wan.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing employees during your shift, ensuring they complete their tasks efficiently, and maintaining a positive and motivated work environment. You will also serve as a reference point for employees and guests, addressing any issues that may arise and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Ensure all company standards are met during service
  • Lead a team to ensure smooth set up of the restaurant before and after shifts
  • Lead fellow floor staff under the direction of management
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Server
  • Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
  • Sense of responsibility within your role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
  • Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
