About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Bartender to join La Favorita, the destination for flamboyant Italian dining in Taikoo Place. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside a supervisor, prepare cocktails and other beverages in a timely fashion within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar.

You will be responsible for making guests feel welcome and attending to any requests. This is an excellent opportunity to fast-track your career progression, join an internationally diverse work environment, learn about incredible cocktails, and be a champion of exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to the highest standards
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of attention to detail

  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
